Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made, personalised (with initials) and made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Natural characteristics

Genuine leather has natural marks, grain variations and slight colour differences. These are signs of authenticity, not defects.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference, photos of the item and the reason for exchange. We will guide you through the next steps.
