Frequently asked questions
Prices, delivery, payments, custom orders and care.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Many of our products are handmade in small batches and prices can vary by leather, colour and customisation. Tap Ask price on WhatsApp on any product and we will reply with today’s price, available colours and delivery charges – usually within minutes.
How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp or call us. You can also add several items to your Inquiry Bag and send them to us in one message. We confirm the price, colour, size and delivery details, and then dispatch your order.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan. Ready items usually arrive in 2–5 working days. International delivery is available on request.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Custom and made-to-measure orders may need an advance payment.
Is your leather genuine?
Yes – all our products are made from genuine leather. We are happy to send close-up photos and videos of the leather, edges and stitching before you order.
Can I get a custom colour or my initials?
Absolutely. Most wallets, card holders and belts can be made in your choice of colours and embossed with initials. Leather jackets can be made to your measurements.
How do I find my belt or jacket size?
For belts, measure your current belt from the buckle to the hole you use most, or add 2 inches to your trouser waist size. For jackets, send us your chest, shoulder, sleeve and length measurements and we will recommend the right size.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes – unused items in original condition can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchange page for details.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We make corporate gifts, wedding favours and event giveaways with logos or initials, with special pricing for bulk quantities.
